Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Program Manager with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and Data & Analytics platforms to lead high-impact transformation initiatives across Mondelezs LATAM operations. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise, technical knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to successfully deliver large-scale projects in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Data & Analytics transformation programs including discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Oversee initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP BW/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate design workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution architecture across multiple functional areas (OTC, MTI, RTR, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders to drive adoption of scalable Data & Analytics solutions.
• Manage full lifecycle processes including data management, testing, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and advise on S/4HANA-led supply chain transformations.
• Contribute to business assessments, roadmap creation, and expansion strategies.

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Data & analytics implementation and integration with SAP

Data & Analytics

• Data Management Lifecycle: Extraction, transformation, governance, testing, cutover, and support
• Solution Architecture: Designing and integrating SAP data into cloud-based environments

Business Functions / Processes

• Supply Chain operations (OTC, MTI, RTR, etc.)
• S/4HANA-led Supply Chain Transformation initiatives

Program / Project Management

• End-to-end Program Management: Discovery, design, implementation, and go-live support
• Stakeholder Management: Business, IT, partners, and vendors
• Roadmaps, business assessments, and expansion strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with a focus on SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain processes.
• Proven track record in program management within Data & Analytics domains.
• Experience managing Data & Analytics implementations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using SAP as a data source.
• Excellent stakeholder, partner, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese (required).
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and read).
• Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is highly desirable.
