PROGRAMS MANAGER


What will you be doing?


  • Analyze and identify opportunities for the Bank to participate in institutional funded or supported programs (state- and EU-funded programs, e.g., ILTE, EIF or others), expanding Bank offerings from customer experience and availability, including efficient capital usage, perspectives.
  • Managing insurance programs (i.e. trade finance and other products, also other corporate insurance) mitigating company risk profiles.
  • Lead the application and onboarding processes for new programs, acting as the primary liaison with government and agency representatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Risk) to ensure alignment and proper execution of program requirements.
  • Monitor the implementation and performance of each program within the Bank.
  • Prepare regular internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure full compliance with applicable regulations, contracts, and program guidelines.
  • Provide training and support to internal staff regarding program terms, procedures, and updates.
  • Actively track regulatory updates and new opportunities related to public or quasi-public financing initiatives.



What will help you succeed?


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Public Administration, Economics, Legal, or a related field.
  • Solid experience working with state or EU-funded programs, ideally in a banking or financial services setting.
  • Familiarity with ILTE, EIF, or other public financing schemes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills – you keep things moving and people aligned.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a mind that thrives on analysis and problem-solving.
  • Experience preparing documentation for regulators or public institutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (you’ll be doing a fair bit of reporting and documentation).
