Job Description
Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Program/Project Manager to provide support across IT and Control systems.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring tasks are executed on time and within scope. Oversee the end-to-end process, from project initiation through to successful completion.
- Resource & Budget Management: Identify resource requirements, allocate resources efficiently, and estimate project costs. Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
- Schedule Management: Prepare detailed project schedules, incorporating dependencies and critical path analysis to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project status, progress, risks, and challenges.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure smooth project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading IT teams in complex environments as program manager while being the primary interface with the customer.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically focused on Information Assurance practices and policies.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management strategies.
Education/ Certification:
- Bachelor�s degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university, or a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is acceptable in lieu of the bachelor�s degree.
Security:
- Active Secret security clearance required.
Location:
- Onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Travel:
- Travel is expected with this position. Approximately (5) Five 1-week trips.
