Project Manager – Executive Personnel Services
Job Description
Location: Remote
EPSI WORX is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in support of a Federal Contract. We are looking for a Project Management professional who is well-versed in managing IT-related projects specifically in the Healthcare sector.
Responibilities include:
- Support OFC Leadership within the Chief MedicalInformatics Officer organization.
- Assist with developing, executing, and managingbusiness processes and an office and team structure that supports EHRM-IO’smission. Project areas include, but are not limited to process re-engineering, data integration,interoperability, implementation, and sustainment support.
- Develops and reviews internal and external briefingmaterials and deliverables.
- Assists Analysts with deep dives on individualsubject areas, such as Risk Management.
- Manages tasking to team from OFC leadership andEHRM-IO leadership
- Serve asdocumentation and presentation developer for the OFC through rapid developmentof strategic plans, Executive-level presentations, SOPs, and other workproducts as required.
- Track deliverable process oversight and providecongressional and OIG response coordination support.
- Provide meeting coordination, to includenotetaking and following items to closure.
Minimum qualifications:
- 10+ years ofprofessional work experience
- Experienceproviding Executive Support on Information Technology related projects
- Well versed inlife cycle and project management methodologies
- Experience intracking costs, schedule and performance progress
- Ableto access information and knowledge-based needs of healthcare professionals andpatients
- Must be able toidentify and mitigate risks
- Bachelor’sdegree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or relatedscientific/technical discipline, or an additional 8 years of relevantexperience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferredqualifications:
- Degree in Nursing or other Health-related field
- Experience in the VA
- Experience implementing Electronic HealthRecords
