Project Manager – SK HR Consultants

Requirement 1- Project manager

Location- Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

·       Experience in Project Management, Project Planning, Estimation, Scheduling, Costing, People management, SOW and Risk Management.

·       People management with proven experience of managing large team programs in onsite-offshore model.

·       Managing recruitment, training and selection of personnel as well as organizing, planning, and staffing operations.

·       Team Management, Service Delivery Management, Client Relationship Management.

·       Providing effective resolution to customer queries and improving relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements

·       Carrying out resource planning, technical direction, effort estimation, tracking, risk management & mentoring; analyzing user requirements and statistics to identify trends and resolve performance issues. 

·       Implementing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track project execution and identify areas for improvement in collaboration with the Software and System Managers.

·       Should have strong knowledge on intel platform(Intel Client/Various Intel product family)

·       Should have validation experience in Windows ,Linux and Bios, Firmware and Device driver validation

·       Solid background in Pre/Post Silicon validation – x86 Architecture

·       Nice to have automation development experience (Python, Perl).

·       Interfacing b/w Client and testing teams, and support teams for testing, delivery and product dependencies

·       Excellent verbal communications skills. Good articulation skills

·       Demonstrated team player and leadership in a dynamic, fast moving and fast growing product development environment is preferred
