Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution for Civil and PEB works.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Supervise civil and PEB structure installation, including foundations, steel erection, cladding, and roofing.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on project status, costs, and issues.
- Review drawings and technical specifications.
- Handle client communication and provide updates on progress.
- Ensure all statutory approvals and documentation are in place.
