Property Paralegal
Seeking a motivated and experienced Property Paralegal to join a growing property practice in Sydney CBD.
About the firm:
Our client is a dynamic boutique commercial law firm based in Sydney CBD. They are looking to employ a motivated and experienced Property Paralegal to join their growing property practice.
The firm provides accurate, practical and cost-effective legal assistance for commercial matters in the areas of Corporate Commercial, Property and Dispute Resolution.
About the Role:
There is significant scope to take full ownership of the role and bring your expertise to the practice. This position offers plenty of autonomy and responsibility.
This full time permanent role offers the opportunity to showcase your expertise in conveyancing and property law, while thriving in a small firm environment that values hard work, results and a collaborative culture.
This is a healthy and thriving practice with existing matters and new clients. Clients include high net worth families and individuals, SME’s and private companies across a range of industries.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in conveyancing and property law
- Experience in leasing would be a bonus
- Proficiency in PEXA
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Strong written and drafting skills
- Excellent oral communication
- Strong client service standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of initiative
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Proven track record of success in a similar role
- Passion for the legal industry and a desire to grow within the firm
