Job Description
Experienced Psych Nurse Practitioners needed to work at Outpatient facilities in Framingham, Worcester or Milford, MA.
Practitioner Provides direct psychiatric care, evaluation, and psychopharmacology treatment to facility patients as well as provide psychiatric consultation with medical providers, mental/behavioral health clinicians, community health workers, and other staff as needed
Practitioner will participate in coordinating care for individual patients, will support patients and families in self-management, through evidenced-based approaches as may be appropriate and will utilize effective and appropriate communication strategies, such as health literacy approaches when working with patients.
