Remote Washington State-based Family Law Paralegal Opportunity, 10-20 Hours/Week – The Freelance Firm

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a Washington State-based, experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal, interested in 10 – 20 hours per week of remote work.

Business days/hours availability will be required to best collaborate with the firm team and to best serve clients.

Responsibilities Include:

*Draft and file legal documents

1. Discovery support – responses, deficiency letters

2. Settlement proposals

3. Temporary Orders

4. Motions/proposed orders

5. Child support docs

* Manage case calendars and deadlines

* Organize and maintain client files

* Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

* Provide general administrative support to attorneys
