Responsibilities
- Develop advanced analytical models using machine learning and deep learning techniques to gain insights from large and complex consumer banking data
- Build predictive models for customer acquisition, cross-sell, churn, fraud and credit risk for consumer banking products
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to operationalize analytical solutions and models into production systems
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize consumer banking strategies and processes
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and analytical techniques in the field of data science and apply them where relevant
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in data science, machine learning or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience in building predictive models using machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related quantitative disciplines
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling
- Experience working with large, complex and heterogeneous banking or financial services data
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
