Trademark (IP) Paralegal

We’re seeking for an experienced Trademark Paralegal with a strong background in U.S. trademark and patent law, litigation support, and hands-on expertise in legal tech tools like Lawmatics and Westlaw.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, filing, and prosecution of U.S. trademark applications
• Manage docketing systems and monitor critical deadlines to ensure timely filings with the USPTO
• Draft, proofread, and file patent and trademark documents, including Office Action responses, renewals, and assignments
• Conduct trademark and patent searches; assist with legal research on IP issues and enforcement matters
• Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, inventors, and IP offices to coordinate accurate and timely information
• Maintain and organize IP portfolios, tracking renewals, assignments, and licensing agreements
• Provide administrative and legal support for IP litigation and trial preparation as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in U.S. Intellectual Property & Trademark law
• 2+ years of experience supporting litigation processes in the U.S.
• Proven experience preparing legal documents including cease and desist letters
• Proficient with Lawmatics and Westlaw legal software
• Excellent English — both written and spoken
• Proactive, detail-oriented, highly committed, and a strong communicator
