Vacancy: Program Manager, USA.

Location: First year based in Almussafes (Valencia, Spain), then different locations in USA depending on projects.

We are a leading Engineering company looking for a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of human resources
for the development of the work on the customer’s automated lines. Will coordinate the project with the Project Managers optimizing all the resources at your disposal and foreseeing new needs in order to efficiently carry out the projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee management of IT8 projects.
• Definition of the project strategy related with employees´ issues: Local own resources,
own resources of the IT8 group, subcontracting.
• Follow-up meetings with customers / suppliers. Manage interviews with client/candidate.
• Support for technical meetings with customers / suppliers.
• Supervision of the project status with project managers.
• Definition and monitoring of employees´ registrations and deregistrations
• Cost authorization for all the employees´ to upload into the payroll
• Vacation management of project managers
• Liaises with Operations to organize housing, travel and other needs derived from the
personnel in charge.
• Employee forecasting, communicating the need to the HR department.

What will you need as a successful Program Manager?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in project management in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • We value VISA holders.
  • Availability to work the evening shift from home if necessary (US Hours)
  • Availability to live in USA after one year.
