Employment Force is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Technical Training Coordinator. We are looking for a Technical Training Coordinator who quickly masters advanced technical subjects and can craft instructional materials and labs that are concise, accurate and outcome-based.
Responsibilities:
- Manages multiple concurrent projects and consults widely across organizations to determine objectives
- Designs and develops lab exercises and technical course content for instructor presentation
- Consistently meets deadlines and communicates promptly when obstacles arise
- Works with internal partners to perform skill gap assessments
- Ensures learning and performance objectives are tailored to the audience
- Works on multiple projects concurrently, monitors activity, and progress
- Develops hands-on labs, data generators, and grading applications
- Builds and maintains lab server environments
- Builds collaborative relationships with colleagues across organizations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building lab environments and developing technical courseware
- Experience developing courses for SaaS products
- Experience developing eLearning courses with Articulate Rise or similar authoring tool
- Experience with distributed software systems, microservices applications/deployments, Cloud technologies, Linux OS, Linux command line; AWS EC2 or similar cloud computing platform
- Experience building lab environments using containers a plus
- Programming experience in JavaScript, Python, GO, .NET a plus
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
