- 7+ years leading programs in highly matrixed environments
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Background in program and project management, with a strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into compelling key insights
- Proficient in driving action through collaboration and proactivity, cultivating strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders for optimal outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a corporate environment and partnering with senior leaders
- Proven ability to balance multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and prioritize when stakeholders have conflicting needs
- Strong networking skills and proven track record of building relationships in complex organizational structures
