Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
  
• Over 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a closely related discipline.
  
• Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience using machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  
• Strong experience with the Azure cloud platform is required; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an added advantage.
  
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, model testing, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
  
• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments.
  
• Awareness of industry regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27000, etc., is a plus.
  
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous enhancement of AI services and overall team competence.
  

• Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and industry best practices.
  
• Strong foundation in data architecture and data modeling concepts.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
  
• A customer-centric, value-driven mindset with a passion for leveraging ML to solve real-world problems.
  
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Solid grounding in software engineering principles, with a focus on automation, scalability, and code quality.
