Key Responsibilities:

– Research & Legal Arguments: Conduct thorough legal research, investigate case facts, and assist in developing compelling legal arguments.

– Document Drafting: Draft various legal documents, including contracts, depositions, pleadings, and other essential legal correspondence.

– Court Filings: Prepare and manage the filing of all court documents, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

– Document Management: Organize and maintain case files, both for ongoing and completed cases, ensuring efficient document retrieval and archival.

Required Qualifications:

– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a paralegal role, specifically handling workers’ compensation claims.
